The challenge
CHM Archi-tech is a licensed architecture studio in Constantine that designs and supervises projects of every size across Algeria, from family villas to schools, offices and housing. Most of its work is first seen as plans and renderings, so a client has to imagine the finished place. The brief was an identity as calm and precise as the studio's buildings, and a way for clients to walk through a project before it is built.
What we did
We built the brand around one line, L'architecture, à voix basse: a quiet monogram whose H reads as a doorway, a palette of olive, ink, paper, stone, sage and walnut, and two typefaces, one for headlines and one for text. The 69-page brand book sets the rules for everything the studio produces: stationery, quotes and invoices, project sheets, site hoardings and boards, vehicles, social media and the website.
We then designed a 56-page catalogue that walks a client through the studio's three phases of work and twelve projects, and built the website in French, Arabic and English: a page for each of the twelve projects with all its images, and interactive 3D tours of three projects where the camera moves from room to room as you scroll. WhatsApp and a call button are always one tap away.
The result
CHM Archi-tech now presents itself the same way everywhere, from the site hoarding to the business card, and a client can explore a project room by room on their phone before a single wall is built.
“Qafza a traduit notre façon de travailler en une identité qui nous ressemble, du logo au catalogue et au site. Les visites 3D nous permettent de montrer un projet avant qu’il ne soit construit. Une équipe à l’écoute, précise et réactive.”
