Do I need to install anything?
No. We watch your site from the outside, like a visitor would. It works for any public website: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or custom-built.
Who gets the alerts?
You (and anyone you add from your team) and the Qafza team, by email and in the app.
My domain ends in .dz. Does the domain warning work?
Some country domains, like .dz, don't publish their expiry date. We still watch uptime and the certificate, and we note your renewal date by hand.
Does Watch fix the site when it goes down?
Watch tells you and our team right away. Fixes are part of a Care plan, or we quote them when it happens.
