Discovery Sprint · MVP development

A working MVP in 2–3 weeks, not slides.

You have an idea for an app, a SaaS or a platform. In a Discovery Sprint we run the workshops, map the user flows and build the core features for real, so you can click through them. Then you get a fixed quote for the full build. You don't need to be technical.

How the sprint runs

Two to three weeks, one clear decision.

  1. Days 1–3

    Goals and users

Workshops on who the product is for, the one job it must do well, and how you will judge the first version.

  2. Week 1

    Scope in screens

User flows screen by screen, a written list of what is left out, and the technical choices: stack, hosting, accounts and roles, first integrations.

  3. Weeks 2–3

    The working MVP

We build the core flow for real, on real infrastructure. You follow progress in your client portal and review it as it takes shape.

  4. Final review

    Plan and fixed quote

We walk you through the MVP, then hand over the build plan with stages, dates and a fixed quote for the full product.

What you have at the end

Something you can use, not a document about it.

  • A working MVP of your core features
  • User flows for the full product
  • A written scope, including what is left out
  • Technical choices: stack, hosting, integrations
  • A build plan with stages and dates
  • A fixed quote for the full build
Who it is for

Built for people with an idea, not a tech team.

Non-technical founders

You know the problem and the customer. We turn that into a product you can show to first users, partners or investors.

Companies with a new product

A new SaaS, app or client platform alongside your business. The sprint tests the idea before you commit to months of development.

Teams replacing spreadsheets

An internal tool or CRM that must match how your work really flows. The sprint writes that flow down and builds the first version of it.

After the sprint

You decide, with evidence.

The sprint ends with a working first version and a clear plan. Continue with us, take it elsewhere or pause: each is a reasonable outcome.

A fixed quote for the build

The quote is based on what the sprint taught us, not on guesses, so the full build starts from a clear scope.

The sprint fee is credited

If you continue, the fee is credited to the build. We deliver web and cross-platform mobile in milestones you approve, typically in 8 to 14 weeks, with weekly updates in your client portal.

Or take it elsewhere

On payment, the code and the accounts it runs on are yours. You can continue with another team, using the MVP, the scope and the plan.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What exactly is an MVP?

A minimum viable product: the smallest version of your product that does its main job for real users. Ours is working software on real infrastructure, not a mock-up or a slide deck.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You bring the problem, the customers and the decisions. We handle the technical choices and explain each one in plain language.

How is the sprint priced?

It has a fixed quote agreed before we start, paid upfront. If you continue to the full build with us, the sprint fee is credited to the build.

Who owns the code?

You do. On payment, the code and the accounts it runs on, such as hosting and domain, are yours.

What happens during the full build?

We build web and cross-platform mobile in milestones you approve, typically in 8 to 14 weeks. Each stage includes two revision rounds, and any change request is quoted before work starts.
